We have used English Maids to clean our residence on a regular basis for a number of years. Their workmanship is always top notch and they also take the time to do the little things that make their work product special, such as folding the end of the toilet paper rolls into triangles; it feels like we come home to a 5 star hotel. Also, they have great quality control and the very few times we have had any issue about the quality of cleaning, they are quick to remedy to our satisfaction. Superior customer service!

Great people! The cleaning they did for us for two years was always good, they were responsive to feedback and easy to communicate with. But they also saved our bacon from bad movers who left a great deal of stuff (both trash and valuable possessions) in the house after move out. English maids (who were doing our move out clean) finished removing the trash, cleaned, and then shipped the things the movers had failed to pack to our new home. Above and beyond, and so appreciated!

When they canceled and rescheduled, then failed to show because we "were not on the schedule" that day, English Maids stepped in and accommodated a 2-hour clean (at that point something was better than nothing). The girls did such a fantastic job that my husband and I decided to hire them on a monthly basis. Very professional, accommodating and up front. They do a spectacular job cleaning, taking care of all details from top to bottom. The house smells so fresh when they leave!

I called Maids and Moore to have a move out clean on the house we sold. They were quick to get back to me, quick to give me an awesome quote and were willing to work with me on the time frame. They quoted me around 69 an hour and we agreed on a 3 hour cleaning window. The woman who was coming to clean called me and gave me a heads up on her eta, she came at the time she had quoted me and explained that she was training two women and it would take a while, but I would still pay what I was quoted. That was fine with me. They took most of the day, which told me she was truly training them and they were being thorough. They did an amazing job and they were so kind! I was shocked at how clean they got the fridge. Never have I been able to get it that clean. They truly exceeded my expectations. I’m truly sad I moved because I wish I had had them do monthly cleanings at my house they are so good. If you’re thinking of having some one come once a week or once a month, give them a call! If you’re moving and need a deep move out clean, they will do an outstanding job! Great customer services, very nice and hardworking employees. Give them a try!!!
