I have used English Maids for several years and have appreciated their work so much! I love knowing that when they come, my home will be taken very good care of and will shine when they are gone. I appreciate being able to text them when I need to make a quick change. I appreciate having the same cleaning crew at my home each week, who have become like family to my family. They always have taken great care to keep my family well, even during COVID and flu/cold season. They know where I kept my sheets and how I prefer my home to be cleaned. They were able to get to our house within a week of calling which is fairly fast. They cleaned our whole house in 2 hours and everything was spotless! I didn’t realize how dirty things were until they cleaned it all. We were super impressed by the quality of work, the price, and the professionalism. Will definitely use again!

I have been a customer since October of 2017, and I love it!! They are professional, efficient and reasonably priced. The are licensed and bonded (which was important for me) and they send texts to let you know status updates. I like that I have the same team for each cleaning. GRETA SERVICE!!

They do a good job. After using a few of these services in Waco I can say English is the best I have used. I did notice that a few of my cleanings were better than others. I almost had to call in a few times because they didn't do a great job with my floors.

Lauren English Thurman, her mother, Kay, and their staff provide an amazing service. My in laws found it hard to maintain the day to day housekeeping in their home. Lauren was able to set up a customized, consistent schedule that helps them keep their home clean. Since both of them are over 80 years old, it is just one of the ways we keep them at home. English Maids is a fantastic local business that is great at what they do. I have used them a number of times for one time cleanings, and they always do a great job. It's nice that they will custom tailor a cleaning schedule or service based on what I want, and not be tied to what a corporate office requires of them. I've never had any problems or complaints with English Maids, but I know that if I did they would take care of the issue with no questions asked.

We had two workers come to the house and they did a magnificent job. In addition to our normal cleaning we asked them to clean a refrigerator and dishwasher which they happily did. We have had them come and clean 6 or 7 times now and they work fast and do a great job.

I have used English Maids for over a year and I love them! The twice a month cleaning has been amazing with busy work schedules, going back to school and just life. They are easy to work with and if you are not satisfied they come back and fix the issue. (This only happened once). I highly recommend!

I called Maids and Moore to have a move out clean on the house we sold. They were quick to get back to me, quick to give me an awesome quote and were willing to work with me on the time frame. They quoted me around 69 an hour and we agreed on a 3 hour cleaning window. The woman who was coming to clean called me and gave me a heads up on her eta, she came at the time she had quoted me and explained that she was training two women and it would take a while, but I would still pay what I was quoted. That was fine with me. They took most of the day, which told me she was truly training them and they were being thorough. They did an amazing job and they were so kind! I was shocked at how clean they got the fridge. Never have I been able to get it that clean. They truly exceeded my expectations. I’m truly sad I moved because I wish I had had them do monthly cleanings at my house they are so good. If you’re thinking of having some one come once a week or once a month, give them a call! If you’re moving and need a deep move out clean, they will do an outstanding job! Great customer services, very nice and hardworking employees. Give them a try!!!

Great people! The cleaning they did for us for two years was always good, they were responsive to feedback and easy to communicate with. But they also saved our bacon from bad movers who left a great deal of stuff (both trash and valuable possessions) in the house after move out. English maids (who were doing our move out clean) finished removing the trash, cleaned, and then shipped the things the movers had failed to pack to our new home. Above and beyond, and so appreciated!

Leanne and Sheena cleaned our apartment today. They provided a 5 star service. We have been using English Maids for several months and recommend their services highly.

We had scheduled another company to do a deep clean on our house right before I was to host my department's annual Christmas party. When they canceled and rescheduled, then failed to show because we "were not on the schedule" that day, English Maids stepped in and accommodated a 2-hour clean (at that point something was better than nothing). The girls did such a fantastic job that my husband and I decided to hire them on a monthly basis. Very professional, accommodating and up front. They do a spectacular job cleaning, taking care of all details from top to bottom. The house smells so fresh when they leave!
